Program Information
We present our elite program. This comprehensive, high-performance program consists of three phases, each lasting 12 weeks, and is designed to support the athlete in their training and learning process over the course of a full season or more.
The main objective is to correct and complete the soccer player’s technical and tactical development, significantly improving their contact skills and ball control.
Our NextGen methodology guarantees real results; it is based on specific coordination, knowledge, and technique work for proper ball control and the development of the body’s motor reflexes.
Like all our programs, we have a select staff of coaches specialized in teaching the fundamentals of soccer, supported by our innovative methodology.

Phase I

Phase III
- Identify the player’s technical deficiencies through an in-person evaluation during his first session.
- Use our methodology to correct technical and motor problems, training the athlete with the correct technique for good contact and ball control.
- Instruct the athlete with the tactical knowledge required by their position on the field, in some cases making a recommendation to be able to choose their position according to their football profile, in order to adopt new virtues and abilities that allow them to have a better performance for their team.
- Conclude this phase by ensuring that the player completes the learning process and achieves the level of play required to compete at the next level; consequently, they will have confidence in their football skills and be ready for Phase II.
- Conduct a new in-person evaluation and an evaluation by reviewing a video of the athlete’s game, building on the learning achieved in Phase I.
- Continue the process of perfecting ball contact techniques so that the player can change their speed when passing and transferring the ball based on a real game action.
- Initiate tactical training in parallel so that the athlete can develop their understanding of team play and learn about their role on the field according to their usual position on their team.
- In this phase, the athlete will complete their intermediate-advanced level of training and will be prepared to compete at a much higher level than before starting our program.
- This is the final phase of the elite program; here we will complete the learning process 100% with the use of advanced equipment and training techniques.
- We will correct and fine-tune the ability to move and control the ball at the speed level required for high-performance competition.
- The player will learn the details of their position on the field and will also be prepared to adapt and experiment with a second position of their choice within their team’s system.
- Finally, the athlete will be prepared to change levels or teams next season, enabling them to achieve their goals on this path to high-performance soccer.
